New Trane is working great. Our old unit was about 17 years old; very noisy and inefficient. New Trane is extremely quiet and we are hoping for energy savings. Overall the workers were great and knowledgeable and did an outstanding work. Very highly recommended. Bob Johnson did a great job pricing, coordinating and answering any questions. Great job by all.

The price was fair. I'm not dealing with a pricing problem I'm dealing with a can they solve the problems. I needed a high level of technical confidence that can diagnose and repair the problems. Their quality is superior. They did what they were supposed to do. A back pressure problem can come from a lot of different type of sources. I don't want them to work fast I want them to work well because we were problem solving. They are the guys. They got the maintenance contract.

We just feel that they are more honest than a lot of them. The owner has like a vacation home on our street so we feel confident. Their pricing is less than I expected it to be. They came when we needed them.

Other a/c companies told me horror stories of the bad things that would happen if I didn't pay them hundreds of dollars to "save my a/c unit. I got the final evaluation from Weather Control. No huge changes needed to be made...just a part replacement. The labor cost would have forced the bill to be higher, but the service tech found an efficient way to get the job done and save me a lot of money. Where can you find honest a/c service companies...at WEATHER CONTROL AIR AND HEATING!

They were wonderful and we had no complaints. They were very prompt and did what they said they would.

I called and a left a message with the answering service. The tech, Jason, called back right away and set up an appointment. He showed up the next day - was very professional and pleasant. Fixed the problem right away. Sometimes, I feel that some AC companies upcharge you. But that was not the case here.

Weather Control's Bob Johnson, their sales rep, came to the house and explained thoroughly about unit sizes and SEERs so that I could choose the appropriate model. He was professional but friendly, very informative and patient with my questions. An appointment was made for two days later. Their two trucks arrived at the designated time. The two men were also polite and professional; they worked steadily and completed the job 1/2 hour sooner than the estimated time; finished by cleaning up entire area. I was very satisfied with the whole operation. They even sent a 'thank you for your business' card afterward.

My A/C system was working, but I noticed that the drain was plugged-up as the overflow condensation was dripping though the eves of the roof, next to the garage.
There are so many companies that do air conditioning repairs in Southwest Florida, It's almost impossible to choose one. I asked around to a few friends as to who should I call for A/C service. I've seen many TV reports that show service contractors that will try to tell you something is wrong when it isn't, and I weighted my decision based on word-of-mouth.
A trusted couple said that their A/C was serviced by Air Control and they couldn't say enough nice things about them. I decided that I struck gold and called them.
Beyond that, it's not that eventful. There were two separate service calls. The first established that the drain was clogged and the drain pan was cracked. The second service call a couple of day later was just to replace the cracked drain pan with a new one. The freon was topped off and I was shown how the drain pipe was not installed correctly. The gentleman simply added some PVC cement to the pipes where none was before. It's not magic, but when this is done and you are not pushed by a smarmy salesman into something, it feels like it.
That was four years ago, and everything is still fine. I indeed struck gold.

I compared bids from 2 companies when it was time to replace a part(s) of my A/C unit. Comparatively speaking, Weather Control came out on top. They offered a larger SEER unit so I could get the FPL rebate, at the same price as the company for lesser size unit. They included financing if needed and offered to take an additional $400 off if I paid cash. They were the epitomy of professional and responsive. A couple of tweaks were needed a week after installation - they worked with me on my schedule of availability with no complaint or issue. They are truly customer service oriented and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend in the blink of an eye!

They inspect and service annually as required by 10 year warranty that they purchased for us at time of installation. They've never tried to sell us unneeded repairs or equipment.

Professional, economical service. They saved my wife and I a minimum of $500. There was a section of insulation that dislodged and got blown throughout the house. However, they were out the same day I reported it and fixed the problem without any additional charges. If not for that issue, I would have rated them an A+.

They were able to use some of the ultraviolet lighting that we had. They were very professional. Their follow-up was outstanding. They were very polite. They kept asking if I had any questions. They were out so many times helping us because we were very confused. The owner came on the job when he gave the estimate. He told me that the duct work was dirty and filled with mold and mildew. I wondered at first is he was taking advantage. He brought down a section of the ductwork. It was so full of mold and mildew that I nearly fainted. He was very nice and patient with my many questions I have recommend them to our friends and their condo association where our friends live. They did all of the paperwork for Florida Power and Light.

Removed old unit and installed the hi efficiency unit in 1 day. No complaints. Everything was clean. No problems with the installers. I could not be more satisfied

They arranged 0% interest financing for one year and gave me a $1000 debit card as well. I have already saved around $40 a month on my electric bill. They were just absolutely wonderful! I am so pleased to have found an air conditioning company that performs so well and is so honest. They did it right away, and were very prompt. I will absolutely use this company again, and will recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

Company was recommended by a friend several years ago when A/C quit working. They came and made various repairs over several years, never trying to sell unneeded new system. I received quotes from 3 other companies, none was close. Installation crew was very professional, work was completed in one day with system performing as promised, with work area left neat and clean. Ken Sammons, Salesman, was great to deal with. Although we assumed, because of the price we paid, that a manufacturer's rebate would go to Weather Guard, we received the $1,000 debit card directly, making the out of pocket cost less than quoted. In addition, Weather Control provided a 10 year parts and labor warranty. We recommend this company to anyone needing AC repair or replacement.
