Be aware that Wayne Wiles and Hessler Floorings are the same company. Do yourself a favor and check Wayne Wiles reviews. We bought from Hessler but Wayne Wiles came to installs it. I am giving a one star but it should be MINUS. I would like the owner of the company to contact me at: (954) 837-3388 or stop by to view the work and destruction. It is VERY URGENT. As a matter of fact, I think you should. Please note that both HESSLER AND WAYNE WILES have great reviews because they block. I am blocked from their website. Thanks Useful Funny Cool

Terrible work. Never again. No supervision. Installers had no experience. Poor follow up. Service follow up was rushed and incomplete.

The installers were great but were an outsourced third party company. I would hire the installers again but not Wayne Wiles. I used a designer on our home and when it came to the floors I went on my own against their advice. When I struggled with responsiveness they commented thats why I don't use them.

Extremely well. The price was very competitive; Dan, the salesperson was thorough, diligent and personable. He kept us current and was great to deal worth. There was a minor error in a binding on the stairs landing. The installers acknowledged it and it was fixed in 2 days. Installers returned today and the work is really great. I would recommend without hesitation! THX Dan and Installer Conrad......

the installers were very nice and worked nonstop. some of the trim did not line up perfectly. my problem is with the salesma, ben.. he was very nice up to and including installation. they ran out of a pc of trim about 3 ft long and i said it was not a problem as long as they got it done once the trim came in. that was it. this was months ago. everytime i called ben he was "out". i left voice messages with him and nothing. i left messages with the person answering the phone to have ben call me and nothing. I PAID $20,000 for this job. i had to pay a carpenter to pull the trim from an area behind a bar he was installing and install it.. i have had several contractors here who cannot believe that along with not finishing the job they did not leave me a box of extra flooring. ALL CONTRACTORS SAID THEY WILL ADVISE THEIR CLIENTS TO STEER CLEAR OF W WILES. I EVEN CALLED FOR THE MANAGER WHO WAS ALSO 'out'. no one bothered to ask if he could call me back. SHAME ON THEM. I NEVER SHOULD HAVE PAID BEFORE THE JOB WAS DONE. BEN KNEW THAT I AM CARING FOR MY HUSBAND WHO HAS DEMENTIA AND MY TIME IS VERY VERY TIGHT. I STILL CANNOT BELIEVE THIS.

We were referred to Wayne Wiles Floor covering by an Anglie's List A rated air conditioner company owner. He recommended we contact Brian Decker at Wayne Wiles. Brian was very responsive and knowledgeable. We picked out and found exactly the type of flooring we were looking for. The carpeting was in stock and installed in a short period of time after placing our order. The hardwood was ordered and installed in a couple of days after the order arrived The installers were professional and clean. They moved our furniture with care. We are pleased with the whole process from start to finish and love our new flooring and appreciate the advise on how to care for our floors I would recommend Wayne Wiles Floor Covering to my friends and would use them for any future flooring needs.

that was what the quoted, I was in a quick timeline to put it in because my daughter was moving in to the place we purchased and they took care of it all, really good, nice company to deal with. Their customer service, I talked to them to see what'they have available for carpeting and they have in stock what we wanted so they carry a wide variety of carpeting, lets put it that way. They were on top of everything, I had no problems, they gave me a quote and that was exactly what it was, no problems with that and I would recommend them to somebody for sure.

Installation was smooth and done in a timely manner. Immediately we saw grid lines on some of the tiles in certain light but assumed it would clear when cleaned. It did not. As time went on we saw grid marks on the tile in all areas of the condo. One of the cleaning solutions the cleaning company they hired actually brought out more of the grid marks. They are claiming it a manufacturing defect, which it is, but they sold me and installed the defective tiles and so ultimately they are responsible for correcting the situation. I have been very patient. I am still waiting for them to replace the floor. See attached letter:

Horrible project management. They use too many sub-contractors on my job so control of schedule was near impossible. In the end it all came out OK but so much unnecessary hassels .... In my opinion don't waste your time with Wiles or Hessler.

We had to tear out the tile of this condo and put new tiles in, and we had a time constraint because we could not have access to the condo until May 1st, and they came out immediately and took out the old tiles. The two young men that did the work were outstanding. They have a beautiful tile. Peter, the sales person with whom we worked with, was just awesome. I cannot say enough about Wayne Wiles, and the re-tiling of this condo was the key to our whole thing. It was outstanding. I would give them an A++. They knew that we had to have it done by a certain time because we sold our other condo, and we had to move into this one. We wanted to have some tiling replaced. We had to have the place painted. That was the key thing. They just did everything they said. The subcontractors that Peter chose did a most beautiful job, young men who just did an outstanding job.

I don't remember how much I spent on their services. They were true to their words. When they said they would do something, they did it. They were timely and very prompt. I think that they are very fair and honest. I didn't do a lot of comparison in terms of price. They are very professional. I will use their services again in the future.
