I called Waste pro four times to report my garbage wasn't collected. First call was on Thursday at around 3pm. i was thinking fine, they (Waste Pro) can collect it tomorrow (Friday). Called on Friday and was told it would be two days before they (again waste pro) can collect it. Called on Saturday so it can be picked up on Monday. Also called on Monday to speak to a person and not a answering machine. I was told it would be picked up on Monday. Guess what? No pickup again. Called again on Tuesday and was told to call headquarters of Waste pro at 4pm if it wasn't picked up. H:mmm...They close at 5pm. It is now Thursday and it is my normal collection day. If you call customer service, expect to get lied to if they say its going to be collected. If I was in a store and wasn't happy about a product I'd have a recourse for a solution. Unfortunately I don't have that as an option since I pay yearly for a service I'm not happy with. If we were to pay customer service for what they are worth, they'd owe us money.

Parents called waste pro 3 times in 2 weeks to have over sized items picked up, 3 times waste pro said they would come by the next day to pick up the over sized items. Those items are still sitting by the road.

We've been using them for about a year. The charges are part of the taxes because it's provided by the city. Their service is very good. They are on time and we haven't had a problem.
