Great. Problem fixed. We have been going to Walter's for a couple years now. We live nearby on Fort Myers Beach. Walter's has the INTEGRITY FACTOR that we all look for in a service provider. My husband took a vehicle to Walter a year or so ago b/c the brakes were squeaking. Walter looked at it and said, "bring it back in 20,000 miles." He does not do unnecessary work. His fees are justified and the going rate. We feel very safe in our cars with him in charge of needed repairs. He can do everything from oil changes to major work. His man Paul is fantastic.

Gave me a great quote and was very informative on my car, did not push me to buy anything I did not want as I am a 23 year old girl. Most people would have tried to scam. Will be using them again in a few weeks!

Because of the age of the car, they needed to search to find a replacement, keeping the car until installed.  Since it is a convertible, they kept it indoors every night  as an "of course we will keep it indoors".  They were very friendly, and apologize for the very high cost of the part as compared to master cylinders for newer cars, that are still being made and in stock at wholesalers.  The big sign  that is easily seen while driving on McGregor Boulevard says Goodyear so, in all of the years that I have been passing by, I never considered going there for service.  But this time, I decided to use Angie's List to find a local mechanic and I am delighted that I did.

My car needed a rare and hard to find part due to a weird situaition and he rushed it and made accomodations so I wouldn't be without ac for long.
The shop is clean and the employees are professional and clean and easy to communicate with.

They have excellent service.  I dropped the car there, they took me home and they picked me up once the care was ready.

, the same.  He is a rare person that charges a fair price and backs up his work.  I was impress by the all around work on Lexus, Mercedes, BMW, and all American brands.   I will continue to let him service and repair my cars.

Walter called us to let us know what needed to be done and to advise that getting the parts would take an extra day due to the fact that the car is a 1999.  It was ready when promised and price was as quoted.  After 2 failed mechanics in Fort Myers, we may have found our guy.

Walter's Automotive is out of the way for me, but I have had all my cars serviced at Walter's. They are extremely honest and fairly priced. They have told me not to have certain stuff done that the Hyundai dealer recommended and explained it was unnecessary. I have learned finding a trustworthy mechanic is extremely important and will always use them. I am not a big fan of Good Year tires but they seem to find any tire that I have requested.  

The diagnostic didn't point to anything specific. The first option was to do the least expensive, most likely cause. They replaced my gas cap. After more than a week the light is still off : ) I'm buying tires from Walters in the next few days.

I brought my 2010 Ford truck to a tire store for a tire repair. I was told that the tire could not be repaired and I would have to purchase a new tire. I took my truck to Walters and they were able to repair the tire thus not requiring me to purchase a new tire. Thanks Walter!

The windows work well, my Acura runs smoothly-; there's never a problem when Walter fixes my vehicle!

I will not take my car elsewhere!

He is excellent and he is a very good man. When I had my old car he worked with me as far as prioritizing with things that needed to be done based on urgency as well as cost. He is on charge. He is very reasonable. They are very polite. He has a nice slow shop, it’s clean.
