Very professional and pleasant! Was able to come out the same day and thankfully it was a simple fix.

Awesome Job, Person, Knowledge, Professionalism. I can't say enough how thorough and well this repair went. He checked everything, made some adjustments knowing that not always is a part bad. The slightest corrosion can cause a malfunction and fortunately this was the case. His concern for my financial interest seemed like my own concern. I have heard this since contacting him and everyone is right. You will really appreciate this company.

We had dealt with Walter's Appliance Service once before,  They were responsive, helpful  and performed the repair while explaining what the cause was, and how the repair was going to eliminate further problems.  They did a follow up visit at no cost a few weeks later to fix an issue which occurred during the initial repair.  The service tech noticed a cracked part that may or may not cause up a future problem,and ordered it just in case  (he did this just in case we had a problem).  When the part did fail, they returned to replace that part at no cost to me.   Talk about great service!. Rick Nobles is the most gracious and helpful service technicians I've even encountered.  Pleasant, helpful, informative and offers great advice..
The most recent experience with the same appliance, the refrigerator portion of our Whirlpool bottom freezer model quit cooling our food items.  The freezer was working fine.  Called Walter's and explained our problem (we were prepared to just buy a new unit) rather than pay for another repair on a three year old refrigerator..
Rick Nobles spent time on the phone explaining what may have happened and how to correct the problem which would save us from buying a new refrigerator or the expense of a service call.  His recommendation worked for us and the refrigerator is working fine.  I couldn't be happier so I called him back to personally thank them for the help and told him I will  spread their name to all my friends and neighbors needing a reputable appliance service organization.
I wish I could give them a higher mark than "A".  Any company like Walters Appliance Service that cares about helping their customers and  puts service ahead of profit is indeed worthy of a higher score...

They fixed my problem for a price that I felt was very fair.

Determined that main circuit board needed replacement. He left to check with parts supply house.
He recommended buying a new microwave.
Does not install units over range. Charged appx 1/2 of his service call rate.
Will keep company in mind for future appliance problems.

They did a good job, and I will use them again in the future.

His service is excellent, pront, and he is very professional. I would recommend him to others.
