Well in Boston, when I was moving here, I was looking at condo's online and one of them was listed with Re-max Edge. He called me, he was quite charming, so I told him what I was looking for, I made a trip. I was coming to this area and wasn't suitable I have always lived in a city in walkable places and I wanted something within waking distance downtown, which is an old town, which is in Fort Meyers. He showed me half a dozen places, it was delightful. We looked at a unit in the building where I bought and I determined, you know, the little parts of a condo that I wanted because it had a river view and the one I wanted was sold before I had put my place on the market, so I watched for ones that were the one unit and one came on the market, I put in an offer it was $10000 more than the one that he sold two weeks before and I agreed to the price because the realtor told me that it was the developers show case condo that it had more upgrades than to be described, all of that was lies by the way, and so I bought it and I came to close on a Friday afternoon and I couldn't see the unit and I wasn't going to close until I could look at it, because the two guys that lived there wouldn't move out until Sunday night. So I got in to see it Sunday night all the light bulbs were removed all the light fixtures were gone there was one light in the kitchen that worked and it was after dark. So I closed on Monday and came Monday afternoon. So when I came in it was disgusting there was dog poop, dog urine, all the white fixtures were taken. It was disgusting and filthy there were fleas in the bedroom carpet. I told him I expected it to be cleaned, he had promised it would be clean, and I said well after you have it clean I am sending in people to have it disinfected it, he sent in two girls for an hour they couldn't do anything in an hour in the end I ended up paying a cleaning couple $300 a day for two days just to clean it.
