They were every prompt, polite and professional. However, the told me they had this great new vent. I told them to install it. They removed my galvanized steel vent that had a trap on it to keep critters out. They created a problem, because the new one it didn't keep animals out. When they installed it it also loosened my attic pipes. The vent was spraying into my attic. I called another friend who is in construction to fix this.
