TV Time

Description of Work: I called and asked if they worked on Vizios as they described as they on their website and the man said he was sure he could fix my tv that there were only 2 things that could be wrong with it, and either way he could order the part. He came out, said he needed a part, looked on his phone and said he checked and they were out of stock with that part and he would check and get back with me. Collected the $85 service call fee. He did not call me back. I called him weekly for a month and he said they were still out of that part. In the meantime, I looked at the ticked and at the part he had written down and found out that the part was in stock and had always been in stock, so and called him and he said he would call me back. He never did, In the meantime, I have called someone else who fixed my tv and had to again pay the $85 service call, but did in fact fix my tv. I have filed a complaint with the BBB, but he refuses to do anything about it,. All this man does is go to your house and collect the $85 and does nothing. He even wrote the wrong item number down on the tv part and honestly, I wonder if he knows anything about tvs at all.
