Tropic Glass has been established in Lee County since 1986. We provide mobile and in shop service. Tropic Glass has 3 employees. We subcontract. Tropic Glass is a full glass service shop, offering replacement and repair of all auto glass, Rv's Boats and Heavy equipment. We also custom design and install showers, table tops, mirrors, residential house windows and commercial shop fronts.

Summer 2023 we were trying to find someone to replace the glass in our lanai sliding doors without having to replace the frame. We contacted Aldora who could order the glass but they wouldn't install it however they recommended Tropic Glass Company in Fort Myers. Dusty installed the glass in September and after he left we noticed defects in all three panels. We immediately reached out and after waiting over a month, in November he finally told us ordered replacement glass for all three panels. Since then we have reached to get status updates. Finally in February he told us that he received the replacement glass but rejected one panel. On March 8th he received the replacement of the replacement. Then it was a matter of installation. Here we are, May 2nd, and we're still waiting for him to install. We have been more than patient and he continues to make excuses. Aldora won't even speak to us about their product. Very disappointed with both companies.

Dusty was very professional, extremely reasonable for price, shows up when he makes an appointment, and did an outstanding job installing our shower glass and sliding mirror doors. I will recommend him to everyone. We're in the construction business and it's important to find someone like Dusty who does residential, commercial, marine, and automotive custom showers, mirrors and windows. A+.
