TRI-CITY POOL SERVICE AND SUPPLY CO INC

We contacted Tri City because their name was on our pool equipment when we moved into our home in 2005. We signed a monthly contract for service of our pool and agreed to pay extra for the fact that our pool was not screened in. They routinely skipped visits, broke our equipment, and let our pool turn green. Letters and phone calls to management were never answered. We canceled the service in Feb '08.

Excellent, the serviceman arrive on time and performed the work requested efficiently. I was very impressed.

They have their own method of adding chlorine which is to add one of their unit that feeds liquid chlorine into the system. Well, when this unit runs low, it causes the pool to suck air and can overheat the pool pump. We repeately asked them to keep this full, but they wouldn't. In addition, for the two years we used them, they raised their rate EACH year by 10%. I would not recommend them.

They are the best. They are always on time, always dependable and do a great job keeping me informed of the work they do and any additional work that may have to be done. I am informed of a price for any extra work right away.

They were doing fine until we were gone on vacation and they just stopped servicing our pool but did a replacement on the pool pump. We didn't realize that on returning that they stopped servicing our pool until we realized that the water was turning green. When we called to ask them to fix the condition, they advised that they are only doing repairs of equipment but not doing regular weekly service. They hadn't ever given us notice about this and we changed to another pool service for everything.
