Ben and Gary I'm not sure if I got there names right but they tinted my car windows on February 7 2023 and they were amazing the car looks great and they were very professional and if I ever need something you bet I will be calling them so thanks Guys

I called [*** Link removed ***] and Mike booked me the very next day. I paid $480 + $40 in tips to the (2) installers. BTW their super special, not so much. It was still over priced by about $100, but I was glad to get it done right away and was willing to pay more. CRAPPY work! After (2) weeks I submitted an email and I was happy to hear back from Mike the very next day. However; from there I was left hanging multiple times. Only to be stood. Then the following week it was a day-by-day thing, but I was assured if they could not get it done we were solid for Saturday. I live in a gated community and I was meeting them at a remote location. One excuse after another, we went from 12-2, to 4pm to we are on our way at 6pm...…. I waited until 8pm and never got a call back until the following day. I said PLEASE do not do this to me a third time. We set for 4/29/21 between 12-2pm, and that I would get call, but I never did. I called right before 2pm Mike, are you kidding me? He said oh we are on our way in 45, I have literally heard this a dozen times in the last (3) weeks, only to be left stood up, every time. I asked for my money back - I am not playing this game anymore. Next thing I know, owner is on the phone boasting "I am an award winning window tinting specialist, and the guys that did your work were fired". I tried to speak and he basically told me to shut up and listen to HIM. He continued on that I was wasting his employee, Mikes, time because they are trying to work. I then again tried to speak to tell him, we are past this and I just want my money back. Again, he spoke over and me and said WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS. I told him to F off and hung up, he proceeded to blow up my phones until I had to block him.

Excellent service, they were very kind, and the job done very quickly. I couldn't be happier with the window tinting, thank you!

They never responded to my requests/inquiries. The windows still are scratched and they have not returned my calls or emails.

They are very professional and on time. They explained everything in detail to me, before I had no knowledge of window tinting. They actually came to my child's soccer game to do the work, right there within 45 minutes.

Took several weeks to schedule, then get rescheduled for appt. On phone scheduler tried multiple upsells, no problem with that. On site installer was rude, refused to install 'basic' tint,  insulted condition of car and attempted extreme upsell for tint 2-5 times more expensive. Very poor experience.

We had a terrible experience.  I purchased the coupon on Wednesday.  We didn't hear from them and phoned Thursday.  We were told that we would have a phone call back before the end of the day.  We got no call.  We phoned them again on Friday and spoke to someone who told me that the tint offered on groupon is only warranted for 2 years and does not block heat and that this sort of tint would cost about double the price and I would also need to cancel the groupon for this special price.  I told him that I did not care and that all I wanted was the deal I purchased.  He said someone would phone back before the end of the day to schedule the appointment -- nobody did.  We phoned again on Monday morning.  They said that it would cost an extra $30 because the back side  windows were split in two.  We said ok and then the owner said we had to get the uprated tint for the back window.  We said we would not pay for that.  He then tried - again - to get us to cancel the Groupon and he would give us a new special deal that was $5 more than what we had already agreed to and give us the uprated tint in all windows.
I phoned Groupon and cancelled on principle and will not do business with them.
