They did a top-notch job. Always punctual, courteous, professional and willing to work with homeowner. They demolished the old building and using the same slab constructed a new building, same size. Handled everything from plans and permits to final cleanup. I have left the cost blank for privacy reasons but can say that it was extremely reasonable. Mr. Cook is very hands on and if his people don't do something to his satisfaction, he makes them do it over until it is right. Very impressed and would highly recommend.
