"The member did use us to fix his system when he moved in the home the work that was completed had nothing to do with electrical , this problem was found 6 months after the work was complete. the work that was completed was because of bacteria that had built up in the system due to noone living in the home for several years. Im sorry that the member is unsatisfied with our work . we do have over 2500 customers that we service and find that we get a satisfactory response from the majority of our clients."

"The member called with a problem with his R O that had been installed ,after the problem with the ro had been detected we contacted the manufacturer who stated that the unit was under warranty but had to be sent back to them for repair at this time I let the member know that the unit had to be sent to the manufacturer for repair. He was irate and demanded a new unit. I called the manufacturer who stated that was not there policy , I told the member who was not satisfied with the response. We then forwarded the unit back to the manufacturer who repaired and sent it back this took several weeks. As soon as it came in we contacted the member and reinstalled the unit our warranty states that it is manufacturers warranty. so we did as our warranty declares. I am extremely sorry that the member was not satisfied with the service but we did do the best we could. as for resolution we offered 2 sets of filters to make him somewhat happy. But at the time nothing we did seemed to be satisfactory to the member."
