Powerwasher fixed - Generator left unfinished. Was supposed to order a part and never did. When I followed up said that he was very busy and would call me the next day but never did.

Thadd's was so professional and kind. They explained to my husband what he had to do to fix the lawn mower himself. They saved us over $60.00 and turned away business by helping us fix the mower ourselves. I have the utmost respect for this company and would not only use them again but highly recommend them. It's nice to see in this day and age that there are honest people who will actually help you out when you are in a bind.

I took it in one day and described my problems to a tech, John, who was said to work only on power washers. he listened patiently and surmised that the problem was primarily due to using gasoline with ethanol which can gum up the carburetor and fuel system. I paid a $60 deposit that would be put toward eventual service cost and was told that it could be as long as a week for the repairs to be done. Late the next day, I got a call from John saying that it was done and running like a top. The next morning I went to pick up my machine. John ran it for me with all my attachments to be sure everything was running properly. He patiently answered all my questions to my satisfaction and helped me lift the machine back in my SUV. In addition to the $65 charge to clean out the carburetor and fuel system, I purchased some additive for ethanol gas and a turbo nozzle that brought the whole bill to $110. John also advised me where to find gasoline without ethanol. I got the machine home and immediately cleaned my driveway, gutters & eaves and the entire front of my house. The machine now works as well as it did when brand new. I cannot speak highly enough of the fine service that I was given at Thadd's. I will use them again and recommend them to anyone who has need for small engine repair.

Thadd was extremely friendly and asked me questions about the mower. He asked me if I wanted him to put a new blade on it, and after he lifted the mower and I saw that the blade was bent and part of it was broken off and completely missing, I asked him if he would please do that as well. He estimated that it would be about three or four days before the mower would be ready for pick up. An hour and a half after I dropped the mower off, Thadd called me to tell me it was done! I went back and he explained in detail what was wrong with the mower, and showed me the kinked pull cord which he replaced, the new mulching blade was on, it had all of its routine maintenance, the handle was fixed better than new, AND Thadd had powerwashed it - it looked amazing! And it now runs and cuts like it hasn't in years. Thank you, Thadd, for promoting the small business work ethic which still can flourish because of its honesty and customer care!
