They gave me an appointment right away. Took me in at the scheduled time and did all the work I requested at the quoted price. No extra charges. I am new to the area and they treated me with respect and listened to my needs. I will definitely go to terry for any future repairs.

Based on Angie's List reviews, I took our 2008 Saturn Outlook SUV there this morning, and dropped it off without an appointment. Not knowing what to expect as a first-time customer, I was immediately struck by two things worthy of note - cleanliness and efficiency. While not a huge facility, it is clearly a local favorite and quite busy at times. Still, I was greeted promptly, my concerns were addressed, and I was given a lift home by a friendly employee.
The requested brake inspection revealed an internal leak in the master cylinder, something I would not have guessed based on the symptoms. They replaced the master cylinder, bled the brakes and replaced all the fluid, replaced the dry-rotted serpentine belt, performed a major tune-up, and fixed a faulty turn signal lamp. Although they tried to get it all done in one day, I received a follow-up call late in the afternoon to explain their progress and what they hoped to achieve.
Being late in the day, it was not feasible to get the vehicle out on the freeway and up to speeds to check the braking system due to the volume of rush hour traffic in the area. It was explained that their brake specialist and mechanic wanted to double-check every aspect of the repairs before returning the vehicle to me, and that was perfectly fine. I had other means of transportation, and it just reinforced all the previous positive reviews I'd read about their honesty and work ethic. I'd much rather that they take their time and "get it right" than try to rush a job out the door to make a buck. Clearly, this establishment values its customers and the quality of their work - that's what keeps folks coming back in the door.
I suppose I could have gone across the street to the big Chevy dealership and paid more money, but why bother ? This place has the "feel" of a home-town small business, and the cleanest restroom I've ever seen in an auto repair shop (it didn't reek of poo and grease). A little coffee, free wifi, and a knowledgeable staff put me right at ease, and it didn't take long to realize I'd made a good decision as a consumer.
In a world of big corporations, this operation is top shelf. If my first experience is any indicator, they've just earned a long-time customer. Thank you, Terry Wynter, for getting it right. Although I haven't picked up our vehicle yet, I already have confidence in this independent shop. This is a hidden gem worthy of consideration.

Always a great place to do business. Fast, efficient, reasonable, and reliable. Turns out my battery would not hold a charge. Replaced battery. Everyone is friendly and helpful, particularly Ryan who writes the service orders.

i call the evening before and was given a quote for a set of tires & front and rear breaks. i had a 10 o'clock appointment, was taken right on time. busy place but very organized & professional.u can tell they know what they are doing.
they checked my car and told me that i didn't need front breaks for at least another year so we only did the rears.whens the last time someone told u u didn't need something that u told them u wanted.repairs were done quickly.
i ve been looking for a go to auto repair provider for 2 years now an i found one.highly recommend

ll other service was well done Found click in steering and sent vehicle to Hyundai dealer for warranty repair. This took an extra day but saved $700. I would recommend to anyone.

For years we have used our local Hyundai service department for routine maintenance on our Sonata that was purchased there. We felt we could trust them, but from day one in that service department, the advisors were constantly trying to upsell me on items not needed, probably because I was a female. I resented this very much, yet felt the service department of our dealership was the best place for our vehicle. One one instance, they did an oil change to a vehicle of ours that we ended up driving back to Minnesota and they neglected to screw on the cap after the oil change. We had a complete mess, almost blew the engine, and the car was in the Minnesota shop for weeks after that. That car has never been the same since. Then there was another major issue with the brakes on my Sonata and at that point I gave up on them. I refused to go back and told my husband to take the car there himself. Well, we found out about Terry Wynter's shop from family members. Upon walking in and meeting the staff and Terry himself, they were the nicest people. They also did some favors for my father-in-law just because they wanted to. Nowadays, that's unheard of. I then did some research on them through Angie's List and other sites and found out they're the best shop in the area. Had I know this, I would have been taking my car to them years ago. Although their oil change isn't $19.99, I don't mind paying a little more to have experienced and quality technicians working on my vehicle, a staff that cares for their customers, not being sold services that aren't needed and peace of mind knowing my older car has been serviced by them. If anyone asks where I get my car serviced, I will eagerly tell them to take their vehicle to Terry Wynter. When you find people this good and trustworthy, you wouldn't even think to go anywhere else. Excellent service and a wonderful staff.

These people wrote the book on customer service. I went in yesterday for 4 tires & ac check. I decided to wait for the repairs. After they diagnosed the ac as needing a condenser and as it was getting late, they offered me a free rental car from Enterprise. Free, no hidden charges. I also had them check the brakes which they said were fine. They also did an oil change & checked the alignment which turned out to be ok. Friendly service. They have earned my trust. I will never go anywhere else.

"We encourage questions…some customers prefer more details than others. When we give an estimate on the phone, it is really a “guesstimate” based on our experience for the typical diagnosis of the symptoms discussed with the customer. Once the technician sees the vehicle and is able to perform tests, we are able to diagnose and give more accurate pricing. Even when the repair is done, another issue can present itself which could not have been anticipated. In your case, the car required some extra Freon which could not have been anticipated until the electrical repair was made.
