"This rating is very inaccurate due to the excess of the job. Many other companies turned down these customers due to the abundace of personal items stacked everywhere in this house. Our agreement was $100 a day per person after the pressure washing was completed. The date of this service we arrived at 9:30 as scheduled and left at 3:00pm which is 6 hours just like the six hours or pressure cleaning on service done prior. Our company gave these customers a price for pressure washing, and cleaning up outdoors. They asked if we knew anyone that takes care of landscaping and we took care of that service. Now none of these things did we mention how much we charged to clean up the pool also.We have pictures proving the service we provided and we also cleaned the pool for free just to be nice which from any other company would have been a $300 dollar clean up. Now for the boxes left on sun deck those were told to be left there so the father could go though them. For the date of the complaint all these services were taken care of that day.Moving of a heavy organ from one side of house to another, moving a crib from one room to another which had to be disassembled and reassembled due to the mass amounts of personal affects surrounding you everywhere. Moving furniture from upstairs to the next door neighbor, removing old tv and installing new flat screen which would require and electrian usually but we thought we'd save the customer a few hundred dollars.Been in bussiness for a 11 years and have never been in such unsanitary conditions ever. Cookies that were a year old under the crib the we moved and then had to clean them up. Put all 15 boxes of christmas things into attic. Moved all plants back onto porch from pressure washing. So if all these services could be completed in three hours we would be rich, there is no one in the bussiness that could complete all of that in three hours and charge $100 for three people it was 6 hours and $300 dollars which as profressonals we thought is very far. We see these people as people that want something for nothing and that is not in the best interest for our company and or anyone wanting to pay attention to their incorrect reviews. This is very unprofessional and I hope that Angies List will see this and agree. Thank you Tara's Cleaning"
