Built and installed a quality shed that passed inspection.

The building permit process in Charlotte County, Florida took several weeks. Once we had the permit, it took 6 weeks for our shed to be constructed. It arrived on 4/8/2015 and it was set on the concrete pad that we had ready. It arrived on a truck and was just set in place then anchored. The man who delivered and set the shed in place, John, knew exactly what he was doing. The installation took about 2 to 3 hours.

We met with Ken Merritt on September 21st 2010, we ordered the storage shed we wanted that day. The shed had to be changed from what they offered, to what we wanted, and they were great about meeting our needs. The shed was promised to be built and in their yard in 14 days. They actually had our shed there in 7 days which was a pleasant surprise. They built the shed to meet all of the codes for Cape Coral Florida which are very stringent due to the possibility if hurricanes. Which is why I didn't take on the challenge of building it myself. I am not normally the type of person who hires out work, but in this case, I made the exception. I was not disappointed in anyway that I chose to go with having someone else build our storage building. They took care of lining someone up to deliver the shed, and set it up for us as well. I would not hesitate to recommend Superior Sheds to anyone looking to hire a company to build a storage building. Our shed is very sturdy, and built to last, I love it.
