Julio is an incredible inspector! He spent over 6 hours inspecting our home on North Captiva Island and was so thoughtful. He truly went above and beyond what we expected and included thermal imaging. He was so kind to our family, and explained everything incredibly well. You can tell he truly loves his profession and cares about his clients. He comes highly recommended by me and my real estate agent is ready to use him for future inspections.

Julio is a real pro. Scheduling was easy and he was extremely responsive and easy to get a hold of. He performed a home inspection of our new home and was extremely thorough, going above & beyond what is required. I wasnâ t able to be on site for the inspection, so Julio spent time with me on the phone afterward to cover highlights and answer questions. Julio has my highest recommendation. With me (and apparently everyone else who wrote reviews on him) he took extra time pre-inspection to explain exactly what he would be doing at the inspection, how he would go about it (like a tile roof inspection) and how long it would take. He explained the very few things that the inspection does not include so we would understand that too. Julio was on time and produced an extremely detailed report that was very useful to us in the home buying process. The report was accompanied by dozens of pictures of issues and conditions that we would never have discovered on our own, along with well-written explanations and suggestions for how to deal with many of his documented findings. After we received the report, I had a few questions so I contacted him, as he had invited me to call. When I called him post-inspection, once again Julio went above and beyond to explain everything and suggest how to move forward. This is a man who knows his job, is proud of his work, and truly enjoys helping people. He's the best!
