They give really good service and that is why I have been with them.

I like them. They taught me how to go online in order to look things up about my account. It took them about two hours to teach them everything and there was no cost to that. The branch that I use is close to my home and the people there are really nice. They have never made a mistake that I know of. They remember me when I walk in. I have two accounts there and they always take the time to give me the extra courtesy of looking something up for me if required. The service is professional but personal. They are really good. The staff is courteous, friendly, and calm. It is not a fancy looking bank but it is practical looking. They did not charge me a service fee for opening up the accounts but if I need checks, they charge me. If there is enough in the account then one does not have to pay any kind of service fee.

They really worked hard for us to get the very best rate. I don't think we even had to pay points. The woman we worked with was so responsive and informative. She was also very friendly and professional. She made the whole experience go very smoothly for us.
