Sunset Custom Cabinetry and Woodwork

I had contacted this company based on what I saw online. Once I had reached out, it was hard to get communication started. We had tried to schedule but due to a personal issue that he had, he had to reschedule. Once rescheduled, he was 35 min late. Once we had dialogue and talked about the needs and design I felt confident. He advised me to send him additional photos of what I had envisioned for the laundry room. Once he left, I did not get any message, call, follow up, or even a response to my calls or text messages or to the photos He had asked me to send. I’d not know someone in a business model would Ghost a potential customer. I still have not heard from him, nor received any email, design layout as I was promised. It’s now been 4 weeks. I would not recommend based on the needs that were not met on the first engagement with this company and how they chose to stop communication.

things went very well, Alex was very easy to work with, and did an outstanding job at a very reasonable price....would use Sunset again.
