Showed up right on time. Very professional. Delivered on time. No damage or any other problems at all. Actual cost lower than estimate. Couldn't be more pleased with the service.

I will never use this company again. They were too lazy to walk up an outdoor staircase to get to my second floor condo, despite they had 3 guys on the job. They basically pulled their moving truck as close as possible to my upper porch and used the truck lift to hoist my furniture over the railing of the porch. I almost had a heart attack, my furniture being throw upside down and all which ways. They reassured me all would be ok. I made the manager aware of this after they finished, but it did no good. Unfortunately, I noticed a lot of nicks, chips and dings in my furniture after the move. Two of the movers were very nice, the other was a big thug with his brains in his biceps with a fresh mouth. Said to me,"If you lived on the first floor, we would've been all done." He said this because it was late Saturday and had to get ready to go out with his girl and "party." I don't know how this company stays in business.

Their "estimate" was half the cost of what it turned out to be.  This was despite the fact I had them come twice to estimate it.  
When they moved me out of the house, they sent three guys and it took them 14 hours.  They were still loading the truck after dark.
On the move in, they damaged my front door, then wouldn't pay.  Stay far away from these liars.

Smoothiest move we've had. They arived on time and thoroughly inventoried all of our belongings. All furniture was carefully wrapped and packed including several fragile antiques. All the workers were courteous and professional. Nothing was broken or damaged. We couldn't have ask for better.

The move was a complete disaster, which was surprising as I had used them before. They started the day arriving an hour late. They quickly packed everything from the first house, and left saying they would meet me at the other house. 2 hours later they had not showed up and the moving company could not find the truck or the drivers. When they finally did show up, their excuse was they could not find "Traffic Circle Road", when my directions said to take a right at the traffic circle. The removed the furniture from the second home and placed it on my driveway and began to move the furniture from the truck into the empty house. It then started raining on the furniture outside, and they made no attempt to cover anything up. I was forced to take pads from their truck, and cover the furniture myself. They put several holes in my walls as well. During the move, the owner of the company called and told the driver he was not going to be paid for the 2 hours he was missing. The rest of the move, the driver was in a bad move, and roughly handled my furniture. This was completely unprofessional. I mad multiple complaints to the owner and was never contacted. I was able to repair the drywall damage myself, so I did not go after them for damages. I would never use this company again.
