Title Companies
This title company was picked by sellers realtor. They were very poor on communication and organization. I really had to push to get closed on time which was a concern since I was flying in from out of state. The title was not thoroughly inspected by sending estoppel forms to utility companies. I found myself with the previous owners bill transferred to my name because of a utility lein that was not detected before closing. Sunbelt claimed it was not their responsibility to do this; that they only search for leins filed through the courts. I could have done a five minute search for that myself. What did I pay them for????? Find a company that goes the extra mile.
