Sales, office management and construction crew were outstanding; professional and courteous. We were treated respectfully and everyone did a great job in communicating with us and always quickly answered any questions we had. Austin Peterson provided some thoughtful considerations and options on design which ultimately helped us reach our decision quickly to contract with Stokes Marine. Dock was started and completed on time.

Called service and got an answering machine. The service manager called later in the day and we set up appointment for the following week. Mike, the service rep, was here ahead of time. He was professional and handled a dangerous problem in 45 minutes. Expected to pay much more.

Great job. I spoke with Brian over the phone who set up my appointments, very professional and accommodating. Chris preformed the work, which was excellent. Stokes Marine arrived when they said they would and right on time. I am setting up other work to be done because of this experience with them. I would highly recommend Stokes Marine to anyone looking for Dock or Lift in the Area of South West Florida.

Stokes showed up on time and took their time carefully assessing the problem and damage caused by my previous service. They informed me of the repair and cost. They completed it in a timely fashion. They took their time making sure they did the job correctly, moving my boat in and out/ and on and off the lift several times to make sure it was exactly correct. I could not be happier with their work.
I will definitely use Stokes in the future.

Stokes seems to have been struggling to keep their schedule and by the end of my project were more than a week and a half behind schedule.
That said, the quality of the work overall was very good. We are very happy with how the two lifts and dock area turned out and several neighbors have complemented it.
I would definitely recommend Stokes, just add a few days to their time estimates.

This time of year is always a challenge for our scheduling due to weather. We also had some unexpected repairs on one of the cranes on one of our barges around the time of your project which made it especially difficult. Please understand that maintaining hydraulic equipment in a saltwater environment is a constant challenge we face. Thank you for your feedback. Brian was our tech and he did a great job installing and adjusting the new bunkers. He also did a great job wiring and installing the new motor. They had to come back a second day due to the design of the lift not allowing easy access to install the cables. however, they worked around it and came up with a solution to install the 5/16th cables. They were professional, cleaned up when done, and a pleasure to work with. Should I need any additional dock or lift work, I will give them a call and recommend them.

First of all they changed the price because their mistakes, they cut some trees that it was not suppose to cut, so they had to build more sea wall that it was not in the original project, increasing the price from 20k to 30k. They also installed an old motor on the lift, we paid for new stuff and they installed an old one, and now the motor does not work well and I can not lift up my boat. I called more than 3 times to replace the motor or even fix it, and they did not appear. Another little thing but not less important than the other ones, We bought 3 pillings to put at our dock and we asked for the black caps to on top of the pillings, that installed the pillings and did not install the black caps.

The workmanship was really good. The crew was fantastic who really did their work well. They were very professional and courteous and they did just a fantastic job overall.
