STEAM WAY CARPET CARE

The carpeting hadn't been cleaned in years.  Wheelchair usage had increased the dark color of an otherwise beige and brown Berber carpet.  The owner and his worker did their best to get the dirt out, and we were very pleased with the results.  Two Lazy Boy chairs were also worked on, and they came out very well.  Without hesitation, I will call them again in the future.

This is not the first time I've used Steam Way.  As on previous occasions, work on both carpet and tile was excellent, including several areas that were quite dirty.  Job was done neatly, leaving no mess.  Arrived on time, even a little early.  Steam Way has several repeat customers in my community, and has been recently used by our HOA for a common area job.  I would certainly use Steam Way again.

Very professional, clean and prompt. Scheduling was wonderful and they called to confirm the appointments and updated me as to arrival time. They made the tile and grout look better than I expected. I will definately use their services again and have already recommended them to friends.

It was fine.

I am impressed by their promptness to respond to a call and reliability of service. The items were cleaned outdoors which was convenient for Frank, the owner operator, and for me. He had arrived a little early and took ample time to do the job well. I was pleased also, that the chairs, especially, dried within a rather short time and we were able to use them for dinner that evening.

I was extremely pleased. They did an excellent job. They took their time. They even cleaned my carpet on the way out just as an added whatever. I couldn't have been happier.

They are prompt and reliable. They have wonderful, well groomed people that come in my home and I feel very comfortable with them. They are very friendly and very informative. I will continue to use them for future service and I would definitely recommend their service to others.
