Specialized Construction Services, LLC began in the Chicagoland area in 2002 when a college student decided to start a business with excellent customer service specializing in interior and exterior painting. This business has expanded to cover Florida in 2011. Why choose this company rather than others??? The answer is simple... the owner being a college grad is the one who you will speak with when calling. Also he is the one that will be on site managing the project and often times completes the whole job himself, however, he will bring in experienced workers when needed.

He crew was respectful of my house and worked during business hours (per our agreement).
All trash was removed from the house, and he left a few paint cans that had extra paint for me (per my request).
The work as so complete, there were only 2 little items to be addressed when we met to do our "punchlist". Two items on $5,500 worth of work is exceptional.
I will definately be using Brad and his company again
