Specialized Construction Services, LLC began in the Chicagoland area in 2002 when a college student decided to start a business with excellent customer service specializing in interior and exterior painting. This business has expanded to cover Florida in 2011. Why choose this company rather than others??? The answer is simple... the owner being a college grad is the one who you will speak with when calling. Also he is the one that will be on site managing the project and often times completes the whole job himself, however, he will bring in experienced workers when needed.
