Couldn't be happier with this Company. Just purchased a home and wanted it upgraded electronically. After many revisions to get the final product that we were interested in, we are thrilled. Southwest Custom Electronics has been my home alarm install company and my home alarm repair company for at least 15 years. They are very responsive to all of your needs. A few months ago, I had construction done on my lanai. Parts of my alarm system malfunctioned. A technician was sent to my home in a timely fashion. He fixed the problem. However, a few weeks later, the same issue arose due to another construction issue. Southwest had a professional in my home within a day. The technician had to first figure out what the problem was. This technician came to my home over the course of 3 days until the problem was solved. The repair price was very fair considering the amount of time that had to be spent on this particular problem.
Do have your home alarm install/repair or stereo equipment handled by this company. The techs are reliable, trustworthy and top notch. The owner is very involved and stands by his work. They don't leave a mess, they are courteous and respectful. A+ company
