+ -1 moreI had to contact another specialist to connect the connector. If this is the a\way you operate I will have the law decide the resolution. This is a poor way to do business.
Description of Work: He was told to pic up from best buy which he did.He was told to take the old one off the wall and he did. this was done over the telephone breaking the old cables he bent them so he did not connect the TV or the home sound.
