Their showroom was nice and the woman behind the counter was very professional and informative. After we selected our Corian material, the measuring man came to the house on time and took detailed measurements. Approximately a week later, our countertops were ready for installation. We did have one hiccup; the day before installation, we received a phone call from Solid Surface Tops saying that they had miscalculated, needed to order more material and therefore there would be an increase from the original quoted price of an extra $760. We were shocked, quite frankly, and after several phone calls back and forth reminding them that their employee made the error in measuring/ordering, not us, Solid Surface Tops owned up to their error, and installed our beautiful Corian countertops at the original quoted price. Their installation team worked skillfully and made sure every detail was correct and to our liking. We were pleased with Solid Surface Top's integrity, professionalism and quality of product and service.
