The folks are amazing at SI. They helped me with a sign lighting project in TX and went above and beyond expectations. They expedited the shipment of the lighting system I ordered and when I had a question for their tech. support, it was answered by a real human based here in the US. I've used them twice since.

Steve accused me of profiling (because of his English accent) and accused me of being a racist about Blacks and Mexicans.
He would not let me finish a sentence without interrupting me and hung up on me saying "have a nice day"
This WAS ALL OVER A $40.00 credit!.How pathetic is that.I hope this response doe's gets to the Owners of this arrogant company.
