Smith Fence Co of Ft Myers Inc

I was very disappointed with my experience.  I called Smith Fencing on the morning of 5/4 and was greeted by their answering service who took my information and told me someone would call me that afternoon.  No one called me back that afternoon, but I did receive a call the morning of 5/5.  The person I spoke to was very pleasant and the quote he gave me was the lowest of all of the companies I spoke with.  I told him I was awaiting a few more quotes and would call him back.  I called back about two hours later and asked him to perform the job and asked when he could have the work completed.  He said that the work should be able to be completed by week's end and told me he would come by that afternoon or the following morning to look at the job site.  I waited at home all afternoon and he did not call nor show up at my house.  The same the following day, so I called Smith Fencing back the next afternoon to find out what was going on and talked to their answering service again.  The person at the answering service said she would contact the person I had spoken with the previous day and have him call me.  I never heard from anyone at Smith Fencing again and no one came by my house.
