On November 1, 2019, I received a detailed itemized quote from Service Representative John Royal. The quote included approximately 15 to 18 different tasks, total cost, and the necessary follow-up to complete the job. On November 8, 2019, Technician Lindsay Traeger performed all of the work in a timely and professional manner. Specifically, the tiles were restored to their original appearance. The job was well done from start to finish. Thank you.

Excellent. The crew of three arrived promptly at 7:30am and worked for eight hours straight. Each person worked independently except for removing all of the furniture and carpets to the lanai. We were very pleased worth the work accomplished.

Wonderful company to do business with. Professional and a class A act. Everything was great ... from Dennis who came out to give me a quote and didn't try and sell me more than I needed or was asking for to the two gentlemen, Chuck and Mike, who did the work. The work was beautifully done and explained to me what was being done and why, and how to take care of my tiles/grout, the work areas were kept clean, Chuck and Mike were incredibly respectful, and most important I trusted them in my home.

Because replacing all the tile in our home, which was built in 1985, was cost prohibitive, we looked into other avenues to clean the extremely dirty grout. Sir Grout came in, gave us a quote and a date to complete the services. They just completed their work yesterday, and the employees were competent, hard-working and courteous. The work completed EXCEEDED our expectations by a long way! My tile floors, installed in 1985, honestly look brand new. My master bedroom shower and the soaker tub tile also looks brand new!!!! I have honestly not one complaint from start to finish!! I will definitely recommend them and would use them again in the future!!!!!!

Sir Grout employees went above and beyond our expectations. They were very flexible as to our needs, when selecting where we wanted the Cleaning and Grout change to start. They were very friendly; worked very hard throughout the entire two days here; took pictures of the entire house in order to make sure that when they moved furniture, they would put it back in the original position. The process of keeping our Tile & Grout looking great for years to come, was thoroughly explained to us, and how simple it is when using the Sir Grout cleaning fluid. The Tile cleaning and the color change in the Grout looks incredible. The entire process has brightened up our home, and made such a difference, we should have hired Sir Grout much sooner! The photos below represent the "before & after" Tile Cleaning & Grout change.

Fantastic job from beginning to end. John was thorough in his explanation of the work and how to preserve the results and worked with me to reduce the cost as much as possible. Scott, Kevin and Angel did a careful and excellent job; they arrived on time, worked hard without wasting any time and finished early. I found out later that Angel had done my neighbor's work 8 years earlier and it still looks like new today. Very pleased - everything looks beautiful and will now be easier to clean.

The crew was very punctual and wore booties in the house.  They worked quickly and efficiently and were very thorough about the cleaning, removing stains on the tile even in the mechanical room off the laundry, which was quite marked up from having the water heater and air handler replaced.  They did an excellent job of it, making may floors look better than new.  I am so happy with their work.

I am wondering about suing them too.  The work was done on 10/19/12 and cost was $366.00.  The franchisee was Dennis Hall.  Originally the grout stain was the wrong color.  I had asked them to match the original color and after it was put down the workman said that he did not have the correct color.  It did not look bad so I paid the bill.  This year the color they put on began to peel and now it looks bad as the color underneath their work shows through,  I called on 2/8/16 and spoke to the franchise office person, Jessica.  She said she would notify the Naples contractor, Dennis and when I did not hear from him I called Jessica back.  Dennis finally came on 3/9/16 and tried to blame me for the problem. He said I used the wrong cleaner but I had ordered the Sir Grout cleaner from their company and used it.  He then said that I had selected the wrong color, etc.  He told me he would charge $600.00 to fix the floor. Today I called the corporate office which is in Georgia and asked to speak to the Gen Mgr who is John Royal.  He has not called me back.  Eventually Dennis called back to offer a $150 credit toward the $600 he would charge to redo the job that he did wrong in the first place.

"This review is not at all accurate. The following are the facts in this instance. - Under the prior ownership of the company, the customer was provided 3 color samples and chose the 1 desired, which was installed in 2012. - Approximately 2 years after installation and after the warranty expired, the customer called in and said there were some spots needing touched up. - At that point, with new company ownership and an expired warranty, Sir Grout still provided a touch up service at no cost to the customer. - The customer also told us during the touch up service that she had been using vinegar, an acid based cleaner, which is not recommended and actually voids the warranty. But we still provided the service at no cost. - Now, approximately 1.5 years after touch up service (and 3.5 years since install), the customer told us she is still using vinegar to clean the tile and wants free touch up service. - We refused to provide further free services when the use and care instructions had not been adhered to and the work was well beyond warranty. - In 2016, our minimum project size is $600, and that amount was quoted to the customer to come back to her home and re-service the entire original project area. She chose not to accept that offer. Sir Grout is creating ecstatic customers in Southwest Florida everyday, and this is not a fair review of our work or our commitment to customer satisfaction."

The crew was prompt and professional.  The floor looks just like new.  I had to leave them with my Father who has dementia and is very hard of hearing.  They were very kind.  Would highly recommend this company.  Also their price was much lower than another company we had contacted.
