I have used them for over 20 years!! The first time I called them it was a Sunday and my A/C died. Richard came out anyway, because he said," I could not leave you in this heat." He did not even charge me the extra weekend charge and I was a new customer. I had "tried" other services in the past and Siggs is the ONLY A/C service I will ever use now...for the past 20 years!! They never try to up-sell you and they do an honest day's work! Rick was our technician, he was so professional and so knowledgeable ; plus he never tried to convince me to do work that I could not afford! I LOVE Siggs A/C and they are ALWAYS on time, TOTALLY HONEST, come in an emergency and can be reached any time, for every a/c issue!!!
In 2003, I had a new A/C installed which was supposed to be more energy efficient. My electric bills skyrocketed. The company came out and did some rerouting and changes. The bills decreased but remained high. For four years, the problems were never resolved. Finally I called Siggs for a second opinion and they came out and troubleshot the whole situation, taking pictures and providing me with information and a firm estimate of cost to correct the problems. Long story short, the other company paid for Siggs to correct the problems.
That A/C recently needed to be replaced and Siggs did a study of my home and A/C needs to ensure that I had the proper tonnage and seer to meet my needs and also addressed my concerns for energy efficiency. Richard Siggs fielded my calls and answered all my questions and got back to me on specific concerns. I felt very confident in his expertise and knowledge and, as I was also having a new metal roof put on, he took the time to research some questions I had about how that would impact my air conditioning considerations. I received the benefit of a rebate from Ruud and also from FPL for my A/C, because Siggs is a partner with FPL for installation of energy efficient A/C's. His company members were prompt, courteous and a pleasure to deal with. My new A/C was installed in a timely and efficient manner and they even worked around my demanding schedule. They followed up with a quality inspection and returned promptly to address a (very) minor issue after the FPL inspection and responded to a small helpful suggestion that the FPL inspector had regarding insulation over my attic door at no extra chargeI
