This was the first maintenance on a unit they installed 11 months ago. Labor was free, but they charged $144 for a filter and $195 for a UV light. Charges seemed excessive.

This is the second year I have used Service Experts from Ft. Myers for my yearly HVAC check-up. They arrived in the time frame we agreed on - even got a call about 15 minutes prior to their arrival to say they were on the way. This year the technician was Jimmy Mathurin. He was knowledgable and did a great job of explaining what he was doing. Very complete inspection and cleaning - will definitely call again.

I do like when they send their lead technician .Hes the only one that properly addresses issues. Anytime a different technician is sent they brake something. 

I will only use them again because the unit is under warranty with them.

I've used them for years. We're stuck with them right now. We use them because of the warranty of the unit they put in. They never get the job done right the first time. There's only one technician that's capable for the whole company. The technicians are not as educated in all the HVAC products that are out there especially the one they put in our house. They put wrong parts in. Sometimes they don't fix the problem the first time. They go on multiple trips. The price was fair. The junior techs are worthless but the senior techs are fine.

The service call was for routine maintenance and system check as part of an annual service agreement. The service was performed by Bret Stone. He did a great job of explaining what he was doing and taking the time to do a thorough job.

Quickly responded when we called with an issue. Gave the best quote and did all work in a timely manner. Only issue is that they were to put in for a $1000 rebate check and we still have not received the check after 3 months. Would use them again.

When I moved into my condo 10 years ago, I saw that the A/C had been serviced each year by Service Experts.  I continued using their service every year since and I've never been sorry.  Last year, the service rep told me there was a problem that was fixable, but would cost around $1,000.00.  Given the age of the A/C unit and the fact that, living in Florida I use A/C year-round, I wasn't surprised.  I chose to replace the unit instead of repair.  I got three estimates, including one from Service Experts, and ended up using them again. They have been consistently professional, efficient, reliable and reasonably priced.
