If I could put less stars I would give them a negative 5. Super RUDE! Spoke to Tom Stolks himself who is supposed to be the owner of the company. I was asking for reasonable forms (w-9 & certificate of insurance) Needed one of our shutters fixed at the Senior Living Facility that I work at. He went on and was ranting about how he didn't even know what these forms are and why should he go through the trouble for one service call. I was caught by surprise isn't this supposed to be a business that he is running or is he working from his garage? Little did he know we wanted to replace the shutters and were looking at using him if he e-mailed those forms. He doesn't even take credit card because he said they were charging him 3.26% , It called the cost of doing business.

These shutters are expensive so make sure you get several prices and ask probing questions.  All of the sales persons will tell you that there system is the best one with the best pricing so you really have to look as the system on a feature by feature basis. 
If you live in a deed restricted community as we do make sure the Archetectural review committee approves the installation and color -- our community was extreemly  impressed with our system and how neutral it is when the shutters and down.
