The first night I met the "security guard", it was some kid who opened my store front door, then ran back outside causing me to be alarmed in the after hours darkened night. When I found him hiding outside, he refused to speak. I kept asking "who are you" and he just stood there staring at me. I figured out he was a guard, then proceeded to tell him not to pull open my door like that without speaking up. I also told him not to pull on our warehouse doors at it would set the alarm off and cause a false alarm.
Since this first night, I see this kid sleeping in his car, playing on his phone, and he
pulled on the doors setting off the alarm. When I called the manager "Mike" to complain, he was a total jerk. Very unprofessional, and very crude. I wouldn't hire these guys to guard a fire hydrant.Licensing
