Description of Work: We were referred to this company & one of their reps (George) by our realtor. After spending over an hour on the phone with him giving him all our info he said he'd be able to help us obtain an FHA mortgage. I forwarded all the paperwork he requested to get prequalified & waited...& waited & waited. I called & emailed him several times over a 2-1/2 week time frame. When I finally reached him he didn't even remember me or remember our file, which scared me as he had all kinds of personal info. like our taxes, etc! He said he'd check into it & get back with us. In the meantime we were referred to another person, gave her all same info & in 24 hrs had a letter prequalifying us. We were looking at homes when George finally got back with us to tell us he couldn't help us. We were a week from closing with an FHA loan when he called us again to tell us he could get us a mortgage if we wanted to put down 35-40%. I laughed at him & hung up. I do not recommend this company!!
