Limousine Service
The first car they sent broke down, the second car was dispatched to the wrong location, the 3rd car showed up 2 1/2 hrs late. (I was unable to find other last minute transportation on a Saturday afternoon) The owner of the company refused to accept any responsibility for causing me to miss my flight. He refused to give me a refund, even a partial one. He yelled at me on the phone when I asked him to refund my money, telling me it wasn't his fault and he had expenses too. Overall, this company cost me over $800 in lost flight, rental car, gas, and the money I paid them, not to mention an all night 17 hour drive to get home. Never again!!
