I have a duplex in San Carlos Park and after Hurricane Ian, I needed the roof replaced as well as a skylight in the Florida Room which has Elite Panels. I was very pleased with the price he gave me, his promptness in getting the estimate to me, excellent cleanup once the roof was removed. He did look at the Elite panels over the lanai which were leaking, however he was able to repair it very well. Zach was always easy to contact either by text or telephone and very responsive when I had questions. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a roofer.
