I had an appointment with him for Feb. 1. No show. I texted him and he rescheduled due to illness. Feb. 2 "no call" I texted and asked if he still wanted the job. He asks if we can schedule for Tuesday.....Then Wednesday. So, Wednesday Feb. 7th he shows up and can't do the job because he brought the wrong materials. I offer to run get him what he needs and he says better for him to get it wholesale and reschedule. Feb 8th, Bob's associate, Dallas, shows up and installs the screens. I'm on the phone and thank him and pay him. After he leaves I look more closely at the job and he did a poor job and used the wrong sized material (spline). Feb. 13th he returns to clean up the job. Looks good. February 20th I am sitting on the Lanai and the screens start flapping in the wind because they have loosened up so much. Since then we have had four appointments scheduled and he has never shown up. I am out all the money I gave him (cash of course) and an inferior job. This guy is a crook and owes me $240 plus all the time I sat at home waiting for him to show up. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!
