I have been using Fox Plumbing for years and being new to Angies list have never had the opportunity to review Fox Plumbing  other than word of mouth. Fox Plumbing has replaced water systems, serviced water systems,repaired plumbing fixtures and even has all the chemicals to service my pool. I have read in other reviews that some felt price was too high. My last service
call was $105.00 and it took the technician approximately 15 minutes. At first glance one might think too much. I understand having to pay technicians, fuel and up keep for service trucks, insurance, liability and the list can go on and on. I can?t count the times when I have gone by or called the office and Rick has told me how to take care of a issue instead of sending a tech out (money
out of their pocket) or the money that I saved by letting them guide me thru a pool that had been improperly cared for and got it back on track and the only charge was for the chemical. I seek out local shops and businesses, they are typically friends and neighbors in our community and we should use these types of home grown businesses.  As for the $105.00 for 15 minutes, I was glad to pay it they have saved me way more than that over the years. As with any contractor if I feel the price or cost is too high I get
another estimate, but be sure that they are a trusted company. I have and would not hesitate to recommend Fox Plumbing.

I had called another A rated Angies list plumber and they couldn't come for 3 days. Fox plumbing set up an appointment for the same morning and the tech actually showed up within an hour. They are great in the office also....very nice and professional.
Charlie arrived and had the drain cleared in about 30 minutes. He did a great job and cleaned everything up when he was done. Thank heavens I don't have to go the whole week-end without a kitchen sink!

Went well.....alignment off on one pipe but they came back out on weekend and fixed it.......charge was reasonable but should have been under warranty period since it was installed and then I was gone for over ninety days and came back and discovered problem.....issue was resolved by meeting with owner and our splitting the cost.....will use again.

It went well, but charging $150.00 to fix a toilet and a two minute part replacement is just too much, especially since we live in the area. It kind of hurts my feelings because have been their customers for many years and this is how we get paid back for loyalty, by being taken advantage of.

I've had Fox out to my place several times now. Twice they have fixed issue with my water system. Once I had them move an outdoor faucet to a different side of the house. All three times I've had the same guy come out (Dave, I think?), and he is always polite and helpful. Last time I had them move the faucet, the price they charged was about $100 less than what was quoted to me by another plumber who had been recommended to me by a family member. Always happy to call them for all sorts of plumbing needs! And when I've called with what I felt was and quot;urgentand quot; (no flooding, but urgent issue with my well system), they've been there within an hour or two. I always recommend them!

Fantastic. The fact that they were willing to come back if there was any kind of a problem and I had a problem with the tile and they did. The guy came right back and fixed it immediately. Rick is really professional when he comes out to give you the information that you need. When you are telling him the problem, he tells you exactly how it is going to be fixed, when it is going to be fixed, whenever you need it fixed, he fits you into that schedule.

They are very high priced. It was a five minute job and they charged me $145. They are good but they are outrageous on their prices and I would not use them again.

I thought that their prices were reasonable. They are pretty thorough, reasonable, and come quickly if you have a problem.
