My wife and I lived about 20 miles outside of Ft Myers and were tired of the drive to town. We were traveling to town and back home sometimes 2-3 times every day! We decided to look for a home to buy somewhere close to work and close to our kids school. When we found the home that we wanted to buy, we contacted Mr. Lemke to facilitate the mortgage for the purchase of the new home. I knew it was not going to be easy, because we still owned the home that we were currently living in. Mr. Lemke knew exactly what to do and how to present the mortgage application to the lenders. We were able to keep the home we were living in and also buy the home that we wanted to move into. Persuant to the closing of the home, we found a renter for our previous home and still own it as a rental property. We thank God every day for blessing us with such a great person as Ron. We trust his guidance and highly recommend his comany to anyone who needs a mortgage.
