 + -1 moreWe looked at a property, and Mike found out it had Chinese drywall. Which would have been too much work and costly. Not to mention the health hazard. He found us another property, the price was right, and closed within two weeks. They were great. Straight shooter. Hard worker. Very personable and knowledgeable and has great sense of humor.
