The original installation was fine.....but just don't need a call back for any reason. They are not interested in correcting any problems. After 11 mos I noticed on side of house a huge flood after rain. Downspout needs extension or redirecting. Called every day for a week and sent photos, always got an "well, maybe next week. . . . " but no appt. Not reliable. Very poor customer service. Find a good guy!

contacted rain shield 2 times, spoke with someone in south florida number. said they would come by and give estimate within a couple days, just never bothered. called again, sent pictures, told he would have an estimate next day, never bothered again. unreliable

We had several issues with Rain Shield Gutters. The salesman provided an incomplete work order. The main area of our home was not added, we then requested to have it included and the company did not attempt to fix their mistake by simply quoting the difference. The second attempt to complete the order, we again faced issues, they had not provided the leaf guard that was provided for the rest of the house. Would not recommend as the professionalism and accuracy of their work is poor and inconvenient. AVOID AT ALL COST. In addition not able to communicate with installer as they don’t speak English.

Rain Shield Gutters did a fantastic job at my property. They responded quickly to my request for an estimate. The estimated cost that they gave back to me was a very good, competitive price. They were able to do the job the job the next day in only four hours. They cleaned up the area. They actually sent me pictures of the property and the work!

As promised

Everything went well. I spoke to Lisa on the phone and provided details of the job to be performed (Approximately 80 feet of gutter along front of house). The estimate was very reasonable. They showed up on time and were very proficient with the installation. Also very professional and encouraged to call them if I had any additional questions or concerns.

They were a few hours late, but the job was completed in about 1 1/2 hrs. All seemed to look well-done.

They were great. They were very professional, came in on time, did everything they are suppose to do and that was it, they're gone. I thought their price was pretty good.

First they said they have a minimum of $200, so they offered to respike the entire gutter system. When they come they just randomly chose some places to respike, I had to find out many loose places and tell them to respike. Worst of all I found they left a hole in the place they were suppose to repair and cause leak between the gutter and wood. They are not responsible at all.

I just didn't like them that much. The guy was very professional and nice. He gave me a quote right away and I didn't think that it was right. It made him seem like he didn't know what he was doing. They came very quickly after I had called. We decided to go with a different company that we had found.
