Landscaping
Phineas showed promise initially with a friendly demeanor, and a pedigree of formal agricultural education from Michigan. After being hired, he repeatedly cancelled appointments with little notice and always with flimsy excuses. Plans never materialized that we had discussed, and he refused to comply with my request not to use Roundup on my property. (That was the beginning of the end for me.) He was referred to us by friends in Mediterra who also came to realize there was no follow through and terminated his employment shortly before we did.
