I just find that they are expensive. The first time we had them, they serviced the unit. We took a contract out for a yearly thing or twice a year. I did not call. They did not call. I called after the date was over and they would not honor what we paid up-front. They said that the contract ran out. They have a telephone and they could call just as well for a reminder. A lot of other companies do. Twice a year, they would call and tell you that it is coming time for your annual checkup and ask if you would like them to come. They do not do that. It was my fault that I did not call, but I think they could have honored a part of what we had already paid up-front. They came out a couple of weeks ago and he suggested that we do it once a year, twice a year, and sign a contract. He wanted me to sign a contract and the contract was $79 and change. So, if I did it twice a year, it would have been $160 and they wanted like $179. I asked them why were they charging additional money and they said that if they had to do anything, we would get a 10% reduction on any of the pieces they would have to replace. To me, it needed to be done so we had it done. The guy was good. He was one of the best around. He was a very nice gentleman. He was doing his job. I think he did his job the best he could do his job. I have no complaints against that. We may or may not use them again. I need to look around and see what else is around.
