The technician arrive promptly. He pre-treated some spots on the carpets and then steam cleaned the areas. He was able to remove some spots that previous cleanings were unable to remove. We are very satisfied with the work performed. We took advantage of Pure Steam's "$99 for four rooms" special. The stairs were extra, but we knew that beforehand.
