The crews did an excellent job and managed to save our fairly new gutters without completely removing them, something no other roofing company we contacted said they could do for us, Proformance delivered on this. Very professional I was very happy I dealt with a woman was very comfortable with that her name is Kristy Cuccioli and she texted me when anything was going to happen. I can't say enough good things about this company. We had to replace our roof following hurricane Ian. Proformance Roofing and specifically Giovanni Tenuta did the most professional job I have experienced. Considering the aftermath of the hurricane, they were on time and the communication was great. I never was wondering what was happening. This was important to me as this project was done remotely from 1500 miles away. Highly recommend using this company.

Above and beyond my expectations of what a roofing contractor would be like. Genuinely kind, worked their butts off to make sure we were happy. Only down side is now we’re spoiled for what we expect from other contractors! Haha

Great experience over all, everything went excellent and explained step by step. Kristy the accounts manager is knowledgeable, kind and helpful through out the whole process. We are very satisfied with choosing this company and would highly recommend it.

Our experience was very good ?. They worked very hard and fast and tore the old roof off and put a new roof on in one days work.

Proformance presented a thorough estimate and followed through on all points in a perfect manner and cleaned up everything.

Loved the fact that they produced everything we agreed to.

Marvelous crew. Worked tirelessly to finish the job, and then spent several hours cleaning up . My yard was in better shape when they left than it was before they came.. Great work ethic. Tremendous skills. Enthusiastic at all times. Absolutely will recommend them .

ProFormance Roofing was amazing from the beginning to the end of our roof replacement. Tim came out to our home to do an estimate and was very knowledgeable, professional, and personable. The crew that showed up to install our roof was incredibly efficient and very thorough. The crew was made up of a relatively large group of installers who clearly knew what they were doing and did a beautiful job. The cleanup was very thorough over both days of installation. We have a large and very steep multilevel roof which is very challenging to cover. It looks beautiful! We couldn't be happier with our choice. We highly recommend ProFormance Roofing without reservation.

They completed the job in 1 day and cleaned up the whole area well. They were $6 000 less than the nearest other bidder and $20 000 less than the highest bidder

Cuality, good finishing product, quit job.

After contacting Home Advisors I met with 3 roofing companies and was delighted with my choice. Proformance Roofing was at the top of my list and it was exciting to meet with a company that I believed would do a great job. Bruce the account manager was very knowledgeable and gave me much more information than I expected while walking me through the replacement roofing process which made me feel even more comfortable.' The supervisor was present and checked in if I had questions. The staff worked diligently from early morning to dust. Proformance did a thorough cleanup of all debris and nails before they departed the property. I have since received many compliments on the new roof. I am extremely happy with my decision to select Proformance Roofing who did a fantastic job.

I live out of state, these contractors readily provided photos of additional unseen damages in real time so I could approve additional wood repairs. The Job only took one day, they handled permits and cleaned up after. I am happy with the job.

This rating is based on experiences today. I have contacted the contractor to resolve, and will provide a final rating once those issues are addressed.

John explained everything to me and the whole company was professional all the way through the process. I could not have received better service! I would highly recommend Proformance Roofing!
