After Hurricane Irma, I gave a deposit for services. When they came to do service at my house and my mom's house, they pushed in the screen below the upper one that was just repaired. They put screen on angle as if it was a scrap piece. I called office that day and they never returned my call. I ended up hiring someone else to repair the screen that they damaged when repairing the other one.

Terribly, although the roof looks okay he left the entire property a disaster! Streaks on the house the patio furniture, pool and the whole lanai was coated with a dirty orange grit. I spent 6 hours on Memorial day powerwashing everything! I even had to clean my brand new patio furniture cushions! Even my son's car that was parked next door had spots on it! We complained to Chris the "salesman" he said he would come by and take a look he then text us and said he doesn't know why we're mad because it looked good to him! And this was before I cleaned everything! Professional Home Service's and Chris were not very professional and will never get a good review from me! If you need your roof cleaned save yourself a lot of work and hire someone else... Anyone else!

No very well. They arrived very early, which was fine but I was busy getting the family ready for the day. They went on the roof, so I thought I had some time, I wanted to close the hurricane shutters on the lanai so they would not spray in the sitting areas though the screen. I asked then not to spray in these areas and we have outdoor drapes. The next thing I know one of the guys is out there spraying the drapes and everything, I ran out and asked him no to, but he kept spraying and then moved on, it was then I noticed they sprayed through the screen into the sitting area. I asked them not to hit the wood doors and they were soaking wet from spraying around them. When they came to collect their money, I opened the front door water cam pouring down on my head. I got a ladder and asked them to please dry the door. There was no communication of "Please, we are going to be cleaning in this area could you please close the shutters" or anything. When I spoke to Chris the next day he said he should tell his guys that us homeowners need to be treated like babies. His attitude was outrageous and no customer service at all. We had a heated discussion. Then he told me that he had moved my appointment for the windows to the following week. I had guests coming, no notice or anything. The next day, I looked up at my new pergola had two big gashes in the wood up at top. I couldn't believe it! No one said a thing. I had my repair people in and they said it was caused by a power washing wand. This company is no way professional and no customer service at all. They may be great for power washing an empty building but not someone's home. I can't believe Chris thinks he can stay in a business serving customers with the awful attitude he has.

Was a real bad experience given the damage done to the roof. After being instructed to not go on the roof they did. Once the raining season came, some time into it we started to have roof leaks. Insurance covered them at first, and did tell us there was damage to the roof due to people on the roof and equipment. Rood repair people confirmed that as did now the roof replacement people we have contracted to repair the roof.

Roof was nice and clean when finished; however the bleach treatment runoff the roof bleached my newly installed brick pavers. Chris came out to look at the situation but would not take responsibility for fixing the situation. He insisted the sun bleached my pacers even though the pavers were only one month old! I suggested he brings the identical solution used back and we can test it on some spare pavers I have. He said he would come back but never did nor did he call back. If you have newly installed pavers or any pavers with color that have not been sealed, I would highly recommend doing a test prior to having your roof cleaned to see if the solution will bleach the pavers.

They were extremely punctual. They provided a flyer before service of other homes in the neighborhood that they have done service at and see what kind of job they had done. Some of them they provided phone numbers, so you could call them and get their first hand opinion of the service. They did everything they said they were going to do, and it was a wonderful experience. They were extremely fast, I have had this service done before and it usually takes all day. They were done in about 2 and a half hours. I could not find any faults, I walked around the house and down the street to see how it was from different angles.

We received a flyer in the mail advertising community volume pricing.  I
spoke with Chris and he was always professional.  He negotiated a fair
price with me after I received quotes from several other businesses.  He
got back with me within a few days of contacting him.  Another resident in our community gave them a positive recommendation.  They pressure cleaned my tile roof, the lanai floor and screens, the walkways, the
soffits, fascias, gutters and driveway.  They did a good job.  There was
an area on the screen that was overlooked, which I cleaned myself after
they left.   It is possible that the white streaks left behind may have been from a bird and it wasn't worth having them come back to do.  Otherwise I would have given them an excellent rating.
They did a very good job and I would recommend them.

This company appeared to have done a fairly good job. However, when we had our house painted, the painters found a lot of debris that they left stuck in the roof tiles, which was causing rain water to fall onto plants, as well as creating a lot of mold.
Additionally, this company had the audacity to send mailings out in an effort to create more business that listed the names, addresses, telephone numbers, cell phone numbers and e-mail addresses of persons for whom they had done business in our community. There is a reason why people have unlisted telephone numbers. I sent them a certified letter requesting that they remove our personal information. They have not done so - I just received another mailing from them.
I would not use them again, nor would I recommend them to a friend.
