From day one they have built tons of homes for me and are very easy to work with, honest, timely. If something that goes wrong like in every construction they are easy to fix the problem. Excellent communication. Highly recommended!

We hired PrimeBid to build us a home last year in Cape Coral after being referred by an inspector we know. Compared to other builders we looked at, we felt comfortable with their reputation in the area and their pricing was very good. From the beginning of the process, they helped us with finding a lot, establishing an all-in price, and really made us feel comfortable with answering all of our questions that we had. In the end, they finished the home in less than 4 months after Cape Coral approved our permit and our home has exceeded our expectations. We recommend PrimeBid to all of our family friends!

I used PrimeBid to paint the interior/exterior of my single-family residence. Additionally, they also painted commercial rentals for my husband's offices. The crew was professional and very careful.

The quality of the paint they used and the workmanship was good and overall I was satisfied. They were also quick to come out and perform the work.
