PRESTIGE TIME SVC

We thought that this is a reputable store, but owner Ben Daidone cheated 3 valuable antique clocks out of us (and the actual owner of the clocks, a 92 year old gentleman). After being sweet all the way through, having dinner at our house twice (for what he did charge 600.- for his time spent over here at a later point of time), he had what he wanted: Mr Daidone took 5 clocks to his store for evaluation purposes. After disturbing phone calls and therefore us going to the store to get back our clocks, we had to call in the police! Mr Daidone then suddenly stated to the police, that he only got 2 clocks from us, and not 5. For sure, he kept the most valuable 3 clocks. We filed a claim. After searching the web for a repair for my wifes' Tag Heuer, I was ready to send it off in the mail for an estimate. Then i found Prestige Time Service. I left a message on the phone and was contacted quickly. Very gracious and professional on the phone. I brought the watch in, and he immediately gave me a straightforward answer to the watche's problem and what the repair would cost. And he said it would be ready the next day! I picked up the watch, and it looked like new. He restored it to it's original condition. I was amazed at how great it looked. It was a very expensive watch, meant to last a lifetime. The on-line high end watch repair sites are questionable if you do not know who you are doing business with. If you are not close to Prestige Time Services, don't hesitate to send you timepiece in. They are good people to deal with.
